Welcome to our home page. REA Inc. is the parent corporation for VALLEY CENTER CERT (VCCERT), MEDICAL RESERVE CORPS and LARGE ANIMAL SAFETY TEAM.

MISSION STATEMENT

To sponsor individual emergency preparedness within the rural and tribal community of San Diego County through training and drills; and, to establish local emergency networks for support and aid in time of disaster.
